RFC0000-RFC-Process - need more details about preferred git workflow #64

I am not clear on the git workflow.

I don't have permissions for even the Drafts folder - I think that means I need to fork and do a pull request just to submit a draft right? (the dock only mentions doing a pull request when ready for voting)

Also - could you clarify if you prefer a new branch in PRs - some of the existing ones have them and some do not.

Also is there a sample draft as a separate file - rather than the one embedded in RFC0000 ?

I've updated RFC0000-RFC-Process with more language in the Draft stage to clarify the workflow. Let me know if it still isn't clear (rather than answering it here). Branching is up to you and not required.

The embedded template should just be a cut and paste out of that section. You can also look at existing Drafts as examples.
