Версия платформы < 8.3.11

Функционал: Использование VA
   Как разработчик тестов
   Я хочу использовать VA на платформе 8.3.10

Контекст:
  Дано: Версия ванессы 1.2.038.32
  И версия платформы 8.3.10

Сценарий: Запуск VA на устаревших платформах
  Допустим: я запускаю VA на платформе 8.3.10.*
  Когда: Я подключаю компоненту VanessaExt
  Тогда: обработка не выбрасывает исключение и включает нужную функциональность
