Функционал: Генерация инструкции в формате MD
   Как пользователь инструмента
   Я хочу получать сгенерированную инструкцию беш рантайм ошибок

Контекст:
  Дано: 1.2.0.24
  И 8.3.12.1855
  и демо база из поставки

Сценарий: сормированная инструкция лежит по указанному адресу
  Допустим: загружен файл с дефолтным значением секции Функционал содержащим угловые скобки  
  Когда: начинается сохранение файла
  Тогда: возникает рантайм ошибка
