Если первый раз запускать VA-single, и не загружать подготовленные тесты(шаги),
если перейти в раздел "работа с UI"->"Сценарий поведения" и нажать на кнопку "Добавить известный шаг" то список известных шагов будет пустой.
(При таких условиях таблица "ТаблицаИзвестныхStepDefinition" не заполняется шагами)
