HTML image rotation needs more space #2038

Image rotation happens at bdda422

Sample article(Atomic Items section) has an example with a rotation of 15 degrees, which will cause an overlap with the caption, since there is no extra space given/allowed. Can we devise a way to make room? Or perhaps limit rotations to multiples of quarter-turns? Or?
