Button component should be able to act as a link

Currently we're unable to use the MButton component as a link (to an external page for instance). We'll need to add a prop (href?) to the component that changes it into an anchor tag (with all the same styling as the button). Bonus would be to add an additional to prop so it could also function as a router-link
