Datatable component should provide a slot for no data (and a default no data element otherwise) #178

Right now when the data table component has no rows to render and no search is applied, it ends up looking like this:

It should show something closer to the view when a search is applied but no results are found:

as well as provide the ability to extend this functionality through a slot
