Describe the proposed behavior

In the flow Runs tab, when i apply a filter, date filter for example, then navigate to another tab and return to the flow runs tab again the filter selections should have persisted

In the flow Runs tab, when i apply a filter, date filter for example, then navigate to another tab and return to the flow runs tab again all my filters seem to reset to default, which makes life just a little bit harder
