The problem

Currently, the email alert module sends notifications in the language used by the customer who triggers the alert. This can be problematic in multi-language environments where merchants may not be fluent in all the languages their customers use. The current setup can lead to situations where critical internal communication is not efficiently understood by the merchant's team, potentially affecting operational management and response to important stock-related situations.

The solution

I suggest adding an option in the module that allows merchants to set a default language for all email alerts, regardless of the user's language interacting with the store. This would ensure that internal communications remain consistent and understandable for the entire merchant team, improving operational efficiency and ensuring more effective management of stock and customer service.
