[Idea] Module manager: Display notification when there is incompatible module

The problem

A lot of people make the PrestaShop upgrade via Autoupgrade module and then they are surprised that some third-party modules stop working.

We are using ps_versions_compliancy array in the modules to define min and max PS version. But this is useful only during module installation process and block installation when the used PrestaShop version is out of the defined range.

The solution

1. Notification in the Module manager
Use ps_versions_compliancy in order to display warning in the Module manager if there is installed module that is no compatible.

2. Notification in the Autoupgrade module
Autoupgrade module could check the compatibility of the installed modules and display additional warning for user that he need to take an action after PS upgrade and upload new version of the module.
