STARTTLS, OAtuh2, NTLM, Kerberos / GSSAPI and other Email IMAP/SMTP Features Missing

Is your feature request related to a problem?

StartTLS as encryption method is not available with PS Email SMTP Settings. It is only Plain, SSL or TLS available.
You also can NOT choose ANY encrypted password login like OAuth2 but rather have to use Plain.

Simply: Implement industry standards like StartTLS, OAuth, NTLM, Kerberos ...

I think it's a good idea, a lot of features are missing.
Feel free to create a pull request 👍

Since we are not using it and we are really busy, I'm not sure the maintainer team will work on it soon.

There was nothing ever done with this? This will be a much needed feature now that microsoft will stop using the regular login/password authentication method.
