Ability to disable sessions

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When your session path is wrong it is now a showstopper when you are in debug mode. This despite the fact that it is only a notice.

This means that when changing this path is some trouble - as it often is with hosting providers - your shop is bricked as long as it is in debug mode.

Either such errors are ignored or they are handled in a way that allows you to continue to go further so that you can see more serious errors.
