No GDPR Consent log for ps_emailsalert

Describe the bug and add screenshots

There is no Consent LOG for ps_emailalerts module :

• Log is not written in table ps_psgdpr_log
• Log is not visible in tab BO > Modules > GDPR > CustomerActivity

"ps_emailalerts" is enabled in GDPR module settings and checkbox is visible on FO above "Notify me when available".

Expected behavior

After checking checkbox and clicked on "Notify me when available" customer consent need to be add in logs for registering (table ps_psgdpr_log)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to BO > Catalog > Products and turn any product OUT OF STOCK

2. Go to BO > Modules > GDPR and click on configure

3. Click on tab "Data Consent"

4. Enable GDPR on module ps_emailalerts and Save

5. Go to your out of stock product on FO

6. Check GDPR box and click on "Notify me when available"

7. Go back to BO > Modules > GDPR > Data Consent

8. There is no log or registration or proof of your GDPR acceptance.

I manage to reproduce the issue with PS1769 and PS1.7.8.1 using the Mail alerts v2.3.0 and Official GDPR compliance v1.2.1.

I'll add this to the debug backlog so that it's fixed.
