Option to disable displaying shipping costs in the cart preview.

The shipping quote in my company is based on the postal codes of many European countries. At this point, when the customer enters the store, he sees a shipping cost, which changes many times when entering the address while placing the order. This is confusing for the customer.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think a good and important option would be to be able to disable displaying shipping costs in the cart preview until the address is provided.

I know that you can somehow solve the problem by disabling the display of shipping options (for each shipping option) for "Visitors" type, but it does not fully solve the problem.

The option to disable shipping cost in the cart until address is provided would be ideal.
