FO - contactform - Subject and Order Reference are empty after a response from Customer Service #29618

Prerequisites

Describe the bug and add screenshots

Subject is empty and Order Reference is not selected automatically:

Notice displayed after sending a message without subject available:

Might be related to issue #12425 and might be added to #19543

Expected behavior

The Subject and the reference should be saved in contactform open from a direct link (sent via email).
No notice should be displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In FO, log into as customer
  2. Add products to cart
  3. Step 3 of checkout process : add a note
  4. In BO, go to Customer Service, click on latest message and answer
  5. In Customer email > click link to answer
  6. You are redirected to Contact Us page
  7. See error: No subject/Notice & no order reference saved

Hello @scw-1937 ,

I reproduce the issue with PrestaShop version 1.7.7.8, 1.7.8.7, I'll add this to the backlog so it can be fixed.

I also reproduced the issue in 8.0.x and develop branch with a notice:
