Add a button to delete category thumbnail

Describe the bug and add screenshots

Similar as in issue #20857
I noticed that category thumbnail is also missing the delete option. (cover and menu thumbnails have the "delete" option, but the thumbnail doesn't).

Expected behavior

Thumbnail should also be deletable similar to cover and menu thumbnails. (unless there are some hidden intentions behind current behavior? which I doubt).

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to categories page
2. Select any category
3. upload some thumbnail image and save
4. get back to the same category and see that there is no DELETE button for your uploaded thumbnail.

(can also upload cover and menu thumbnails, to see that there are delete options for them)

oh, right, thanks! So it seems like an issue of a bigger scope. Covers and thumbnails are kinda conflicting. Need specs and some rework then 👍 I think this issue can be closed (kind of a duplicate/same root problem as the issue you mentioned), if you disagree, feel free to reopen it ✌️ .

In the same area, it seems a way to retrieve the menu image and the thumbnail are missing in the Category model
