The language selected for the employee is not the default when editing categories or other pages

Describe the bug and add attachments

The default language for the category editing page is not changed to the one specified in the employee settings. This works only for products. This is also relevant for other multi language pages.

Expected behavior

The default language for editing should be the one specified in the employee settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to BO
2. Catalog -> Categories
3. Edit Category
4. See Language of translations
