When a merchant send an answer to a customer, he don't get any feedback from his action. The merchant don't know if the message was really sent.
It's really important that the merchant can clearly see the result of his action. This not only limits errors, but also makes his experience with the interface more fluid.
Moreover, we find this behavior everywhere in the back office. It's therefore important to maintain consistency throughout the experience.
The solution
A toast alert can help the merchant get feedback on their action and if his response was sent.
