→ As a merchant, I want the display of the shopping cart rules to not slow down
the Checkout page so that it doesn't take more than 2 seconds
to be displayed
Setting up a routine
Creation of indexes on the fields:
identify the fields on which it would be relevant
Create the indexes

Check if after the change of the algorithm the performance is better. Check
