Just documenting our decisions here:
Here are my explorations for the site search – on the "Search Concept – Explorations" page on the Figma file

– On the page above you can find three frames (concept 1, 2, 3) each containing a concept – Frame Concept 1 includes two versions of the same concept.

Decision: We made the decision to go with concept 1 – but for now we are sticking with a generic search without the radio button / button in the UI to search within different sections.
