As a front-end user, I want keyword searches to automatically match on similar words so that I don't have to enter wildcards or multiple terms. #588

test case: keyword search on "doodle" or "doodles" should return all records that contain either term.

dev notes

update solr configure to add an english text field with stemming
use that field for description text
