through conversations with Marina and Rachel and multiple iterations with Marina we ended up with the version below, here is a link to it on Figma. I have uploaded the files to Github both in pieces and as a whole (but not in a rtl/ltr folder since at this point I do not think this component should need to change with language at this point)
