Description of bug

Clicking on mod links in mod descriptions opens them both in the browser and the search bar. This is rather disorienting; it'd be nice to only open them in one of them.

Steps to reproduce

• Find "Falling Leaves" in the mod search (or any mod with a mod link in the description)
• Click on the "Cloth Config" link in the mod description (or the link for any other mod)

Suspected cause
