If you fall multiple blocks in minecraft, haybales soften the dropdown and you will not take as much damage. In 1.16, you take 0.5 hp for 8 block dropdown to haybale and 1 hp for 13 blocks dropdown to haybale. New setting "MaxDropDownToHaybale" would be great, so bots could use haybales as part of their pathfinding.

It could also be possible with the following items:
["hay_block", "slime_block", "cobweb", "honey_block", "bed"]
