Wrong id's!!

some blocks gives the identifier of the wrong!
for example "quartz_stairs" unit produces when identifier is -100 should be 156

No NBT only has signed numbers (http://wiki.vg/NBT#Specification)
Sometimes they are unsigned indeed and the user need to convert them (for this for example https://github.com/rom1504/schematic/blob/7a171f1faafa9b5f751260d9838438be9c72671e/index.js#L57)
