Description of the app's functionality

Did not encounter any problems while using or activating the app in the bank office. Paying online and authorizing other devices to login seems to be working fine.

After further testing I need to say that with Google Play services Network permission revoked it does NOT work properly.

Thing is, I can login into an app and send money to someone, but it seems that the app has a hard time sending notifications when the google services networking is off

No problem, I've checked both options now. No notifications makes sense then, the play store can't fetch them if it can't reach the internet!
