Description

Greeting/splash screen incorrectly displays lowercase if CPU is 6c02 or 65802

Expected Behavior

Greeting/splash screen should always force uppercase

Actual Behavior

Garbled greeting screen text on II, II+

Possible Fix

Use ROM ID instead of CPU type to determine lowercase availability
