Add option to exclude equipped items from trade

This would be useful when you want items inside an inventory to be included on trade, but not the equipped gear/flasks, whether or not they have a price tag on them. Another idea is adding an option to exclude any item from trade, can be useful sometimes but not sure if it's worth it.
