Web interface would be very nice to have with the RSS plugin. I think it should have at least:

List of feeds with URL (WebDoc is not counted as it messes the feeds with other commands in the plugin)
Downloadable OPML file (as the feeds are public anyway)

Other things that would also be nice:

List of feeds that are being announced on specific channels (probably also including link)
- Channels should have ability to opt-out like with ChannelStatus (and what the other plugin was) and they should probably be opted out by default.

And the web interface should be optional like with the Factoids plugin.
