We have fixed defaults lately and might do so in the future, but existing users don't get the new defaults.

Inspired from: weechat/weechat#19.

There is no way of determining what is set to the default as a default, and what's set to the default because the user wants it that way. Trying to overwrite existing configurations for current users would just be a complete nightmare.

I am not talking about overwriting existing configuration, I am talking of supybot-wizard and plugins that haven't been loaded before.

Oh in that case yes, this should definitely be done.
