Bug: Master Caution Reset Button Conditional Checks

Master Caution Reset Button on the Master Warning Panels needs better conditional checks if a caution is displaying. When a caution disappears, it should automatically turn off the Master Caution light.

Reproduction:
Cold Start any 60 variant

Master Cautions normal for startup display when the aircraft is turned on and Master Caution is illuminated

Proceed all the way through Engine Start and engines are at Fly

All Master Cautions on EICAS disappear but the Master Caution light remains illuminated
