Summary

Docker is ubiquitous and it may be a good idea to include a Dockerfile for quick container building/testing/serving.

Details

Brett Fisher has a good example for Node that can be modified for CEA. This would benefit people who prefer to use containers or need them for their CI/CD pipeline.
