Hi, is this solver suitable for compressible flows (e.g. flows around helicopter rotors, where on the advancing side the flow can get transonic) ?
As far as I know, LBM cases are currently limited by the Mach number. Are you also trying to address those limitations ?

The LBM model is limited to the weakly compresswible regime at Mach number < 0.3. In literature there is some extensions to get past this limit, but I'm currently not working on this. Better boundary model is up next.
