llama3 support: ERROR: byte not found in vocab, segmentation fault #793

Hi,
I've just updated the repo and trying to use the "QuantFactory/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct-GGUF" model.
This is what I get when I launch run_localGPT.py
