使用 GRPC (boardd) 來拿到熱門看板 list 和文章 list 和文章.

Ptt 站方希望可以透過既有的 grpc 機制 (boardd) 來傳遞資訊.
至少可以達到熱門看板 list (使用 Hotboard) / 文章 list (使用 List) / 文章 (使用 Content).

Describe the solution you'd like

1. git submodule pttbbs 來 follow boardd 的情形.
2. 直接透過 boardd 的 client 來 access.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. boardd 所提供的資訊裡缺少 "lastposttime".
   在之後有 user 時. 對於"是否已經看過看板裡最新文章" 會有小困擾".
2. boardd 提供的是已經 UTF-8 化的. 不確定文章 (Content) 的顏色部分的呈現方式.
