HISAT2

Introduction ~~~~~~~~ HISAT2 is a fast and sensitive alignment program for mapping next-generation sequencing reads (both DNA and RNA) to a population of human genomes as well as to a single reference genome.

Module

You can load the modules by:

module load biocontainers
module load hisat2

Example job ~~~~~ .. warning:: Using #!/bin/sh -l as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash instead.

To run HISAT2 on our clusters:
