Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you hover over the elements in the tool-tip host in "Prosjektoversikt", the information box disappears when you move the mouse from the element to the informationbox.

Describe the solution you'd like
Want the information box to still be visable and have the option to scroll when you move the mouse from the hoverelement to the information box.

Additional context
Right now you have to move the mouse fast to the information box, or right-click before moving the mouse from the element.
