Hay algunas cosas del proyecto de asoc_members que estaria bueno usar aca:

django-storages: para subir los archivos staticos a azure storage
django-configurations: para que sea mas facil decidir el entorno que se tiene que usar

Esto es para facilitar el deploy a la nueva infra de PyAr
