Provide hopefully most of the functionality of the existing reports module but with things like sorting and searching

The admin screens would need to be read-only. Would you consider something like DataTables for this?

This seems to require a big investment in dumping data out for no more (and possibly less) functionality than Django Admin, so probably not. (Plus I've already started)
