The tool bar disappeared in previewing htm/html files, which is hard for me to control.

do you mean the top bar?
I can't find an issue when previewing a html-file:

Yes, I mean the the top bar.

By change size I can get the bar. But I cannot get the bar from just previewing htm files.

The bar exists when I preview txt file.
