I often created nested TODOs to represent the top level task and subtasks. Example:
- DOING V1.1 - DOING Bug 57845 - TODO FR 748645 - WAITING Tech writer input on the updated user guide. - TODO Final test suite run.
When moving the tasks, the nesting structure is destroyed. Would be great if this structure could be preserved.

+1 - In the meantime there is a workaround to restore the structure by invoking undo (CTRL+Z) after calling the plugin to restore the structure.
