Multiple / Different solution submissions to the same question

When a question is being attempted multiple times / When a question has multiple submissions with different kinds of approaches
I noticed that only the first submission gets into the git repo, whereas when I come up with a better, faster solution, it is not added to the repo. This feature would really help.

Potential Solution
A potential solution could be to have multiple files under the same question folder, highlighting the submission style, so that we could have more insight.
