Feature request - Hints, Related topics

Hi, thanks for the amazing library.

I've started solving the leetcode and I feel that two additional features can be more helpful.

• Hints
• Related Topics

Hints can be helpful while reviewing the questions after sometimes.
Related Topics are also helpful while recalling the solutions.

Hints and Related topics can be added to the bottom of the question file, or they can be stored in new files.

Hi, I agree with @sudarshaana. We should definitely add Related topics.
I feel it would be better to add related topics as part of the commit message instead of the time and space it shows. Can we please do something for this @QasimWani
Sudarshaana can you please update the Labels of this issue.
