The problem here is the proportions. NanoDet can only detect objects in the foreground. The resolution of 320x320 will make the hand in this video too small to be recognized. Once the "blank" borders are removed, it will work.
This is inherent to NanoDet. YoloX is better in this regard. Due to the busyness at the office, I don't have the time to delve further into this.
