This is a brand new tutorial currently being worked on by Haimeng from Nates team, please work with her on this issue

decide: Haimeng finish her PR or hand over immediately to docs team?
move source file (from above PR) to this repo
review/refactor - needs to use vf2 layout instead of mapomatic
review/refactor - should this be a page in the transpile section of docs instead of a tutorial?
