Steps to reproduce the problem

This project doesn't use the last version of @qiskit/web-componets. It's on version 0.10.3 while the components are on version 0.15.3

What is the current behavior?

Qiskit web components dependency is not up to date

What is the expected behavior?

Update the dependency to "@qiskit/web-components": "^0.15.3"
