This new portfolio would be a chance for COMPSA to give students a platform to spread culture and recreation to the community. This portfolio would be in charge of organising and overseeing the logistics concerning culture-related projects that Computing students are interested in. An example of this is a student who’s interested in starting a Computing band would reach out to this portfolio, for COMPSA to handle auditions, or a student reaching out about a Computing sports team for COMPSA to organise the tryouts for.
This portfolio shall necessarily not have a director, and shall be overseen by both vice presidents. If the vice presidents see the need for a director, a hiring sessions shall be organised to hire a director for this portfolio. Any student who has expressed interest and intent to use this portfolio’s services in order to gather a team or group, excluding the other members of these teams or groups, shall be considered automatic volunteers of this portfolio.
