Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need to be able to clearly show the license which applies to data.

Describe the solution you'd like

QutEcoacoustics/baw-server#289 will implement the storage of the information.

Then display the current license in a badge, and allow users to edit the current license in the project edit form.
