Allow to set search language in the app - even without qwant account

Hello,

It would be great if one could set the search language in the extension so that it ensures, even when we're not connected to any qwant account, we actually are searching in the language we want.

It's not the case apparently, and would (at last) allow swiss-french people using Chromium to search in French instead of German.

Edit: at least on English system, I had to do many, many hacks in order to get a correct French search -.-'
