Hi, i just comfirmed the access to get the dataset with data company DataTang.
You can get the data by submitting the form in https://www.datatang.com/Opendatasets.
The Chinese name of the data is '200小时十国人说英语手机采集语音数据' which can be found in the website above.

Hello,
I would also like to request access to the dataset. However, the application form requires a contact number and it does not seem to accept any phone numbers I enter. I also sent a request to services@datatang.com but have not received any reply so far.
Any help would be much appreciated.
